sir mane kotak mahindra bank ka premium league credit card apply kara tha wo approved bhi ho gya tha but mne customer care se bat ki to unhone bola apka credit card decline ho gya but mere pas mail aya mera card 19/12/2022ko delivered ho ga but mujhe koi card nahi mila
or phir date 6/01/2023 phir mail aya delivery ka but mujhe koi card nahi mila phir bhi
or 9 January ko mail aya Rs.2499 CPP plan activit ka phir mail aya annual fees ka but mere pas koi card nahi mila tha ns koi details to m paise kese deta
phir mujhe 14 January ko mail aya 22 January date k bd charges lagega or legal notice ayega
but mere pas nahi tho kese pay krta or mane customer care se bat ki to unhone bola apka koi credit card nahi h mere crn pr or customer cares sahi se koi madat nahi kar rahe sab alg alg hi bta rahe hai
phir 24 January ko mail aya payment krne ka or card no. dya jb charges lag gye to
but mane payment pay kar di
phir mere pas mail ays mera card upgrade ho gya but mujhe sv tak koi nahi mila
or courier office ka mail a rahe mne khud nahi lya parcel
or customer saf mane kar rahe h card nahi h mere koi jo apply kra tha wo decline ho gya
