am running a saving account in bank with the number provided below for more than 5 years and up until now, And I am running a credit card more than 3 years, Before the covid pandemic I am use card and payment on time but due this pandemic I am paying payment properly because In this pandemic, I lost me business and close my company till now. I am starting my business in this current month. In july month, i received a call form the bank executive Rohan Singh( Contact no. 9911892417) for settlement of credit card in Rs. 9000/- and I pay Rs. 9500/- on 20 july 2021. He was say, i will share NOC in 2-3 days but not received yet he is not pick my call till now. Now I am facing issue of non payment of outstanding amount. Mr. Mukesh ( Contact no. 8287572736) calls me for payment and forcing and harassing me for the payment. My card number is 4166464309335560 and CRN 232576546. I want to pay may dues but I can”t do payments now because of big loss in my business.
Recently i pay more Rs. 1000/- after so much harassing on 21/09/2021. Now one more bank executive Ms. Seema Sharma harassing me and my friends or relatives. I am so pissed.
