Citibank Claims to have issued a Credit card to me however i have never applied for the same and multiple times i have been seeking copy of the application which has never been provided by them. Further on raising the issue and seeking the SOP for issuance of credit card, the customer service team reversed the entire annual charges however the penal charges amounting to Rs 48 Password to open the file is KRIS16DEC
