It’s been around 1.5 years now, my OneCard is not working and it is blocked. Every time I contacted Customer Service, they gives no brain response and says team is working on the issue. I have contacted them more than 20 times but the response is same. Card has excessive amount of 3400rs over the credit limit but they are not refunding this money as well. It has been more than 1.5 years, my money is stucked with OneCard.
