Hi i have made 2 transactions of rs 43300 on one card one was failed and other was successful but the both time money got debited and the they are not refunding the failed trasaction i have shared them the Merchant statement but still they are not refunding money every time i call giving some excuses and extending the date and also i raised the ticket but they closed saying system update

Ticket no is 2438322 you keep closing the tickets and i have to daily call and raise even customer support extending days with lame excuses how can you not give proper reply even after 2 weeks very worst service not reliable how can you may not know why it has not been refunded trying to fool us
