On 03/10/2021, 08.36 am, I received an SMS alert through my bank that Rs. 399/- have been deducted from my account via my credit card. I had given no authorization for the above transaction and received an intimation only after the transaction had already been completed. I never made any online purchases with the above mentioned company. Kindly look through the matter and help resolve it at the earliest.
