On August 21-2021, I was frauded of Rs.60600 on my Hdfc credit card.
I did not authorise the transactions but still the bank expects me to pay for the three fraudulent transactions, although one of them took place as I was speaking with the phone banking executive.
My name is Jyoti Shah and I am 65 years old.
Please help me.
