Text of Complaint by Umesh Pawar:

There is long story, however to cut short, RBL offered me credit card upgradation with annual charges of Rs. 5000 and promise of 20000 reward points (amounts to Rs 4000) if i spend Rs 2000 on the card in first 30 days. This was a telephonic conversation.
Only after I received the term and conditions on email after approving the request, I got to know that it’s 30 days from approving the request and not after recieving the card in hand.
Due to miscommunication about my delivery address between RBL Bank and their card delivery partner, i received the card after 45 days. Meanwhile they had already charged me the annual fee even when the card was not in my hand and upon requesting to grant reward points they are saying they cannot do it as 30 days as passed. They are not at all considering the mistakes of their delivery partner.
And now they are keep charging me late fees and all because I have refused to pay.
