Subject :- Fraud Transaction from my Credit card no 5593420003436252 of Axis Bank.
I Undersigned having above credit card which was operated by the unknown person and debited Rs. 48423/- and Rs. 42338/- spent on Retail Dom on dated 03/12/2021 around 2 P.M.
Someone has called me on my mobile phone and he told that I am Calling from Credit Card Customer care department as he told me that Rs.8400/- will be refund by the bank and he asked me to give all details of the Card. although he convince me that I am a authorized person from the credit card department so do not hesitate to give your card details, without that your Rs. 8400/- could not be credited . So i give him my card details as he read our my credit card No as well as residence address and i had trust him because he called me from the customer care contact no of the axis bank. I Confirmed the same number written on my credit card and after that he insist me to give a CVV number but U refused & denied but he told that he was calling from customer care of Axis Bank, as soon as i had gave him CVV No and OTP No and immediately the above mentioned amount debited from My Credit Card.
After that immediately u went to the Axis bank, Malad East Branch for registered my complaint with the bank but they told that you have to contact the customer care department so I had called the customer care from the bank premises in the presence of some lady staff member of the bank, after that my complaint have been registered in customer care department and they have give me my complaint no as SAK00000684183. Sir i Request you to registered my said complaint and help me in this matter.
