I got a statement from RBL bank saying on 05/08/2021 that amount of 649.00 has been deducted from my RBL bank credit card. i did not make any transaction from my card to RETAIL DOMESTIC PT MUMBAI IN. and the amount was deducted from my credit card without verifying OTP. please help me to get back my money .
