I was contacting a Flipkart customer service support via twitter because of repeated delays from Flipkart call services.
A scammer with same twitter Page ‘Flipkatcustomerservice’ responded to my query and assured and resolution to which I was told to call on a secondary number +91 62914 01984 and I did same the guy told me to share TeamViewer id so he can raise a complaint for refund.
Initially I did everything as it seemed so genuine and I was frustrated with Flipkart service I got into trap.
The guy asked me to take my credit card photo and to blur it as it needed to be uploaded on Flipkart app so I can get my refund.
Luckily I thought how on earth Flipkart needs it when they already have it.
So I quickly disconnected his call and reported my credit Card with band and got it blocked.
Now the scammer is trying to spend ne different messages but I am playing with him.
My point of concern is that these thugs need to be dealt.
I accept my carelessness.
But I wonder how easily they can fool other masses.
I hope the case is forwarded and particular action is taken.
