SR 123988768 was raised to resolve the above issue, was assured by one Mr.Praveen who called and said that the matter would be resolved by 6th Nov’20. However, my connection was disrupted on 5th Nov., and the I received a message saying that the matter was Resolved!!
Spoke to Customer Service Floor Manager, Mr.Deepika today who assured that the billing department would call me up with a resolution within 6 hours, Again no resolution has been provided.
All details and CC avenue reference numbers on Amex Card statements have been provided to the customer service, but none is interested in resolving the issue and crediting my account with the amounts collected by yourselves.!!!
Today I have paid an additional amount to keep my account active and avoid disruption of my online job. It is extremely disappointing that the Customer service has no interest in servicing the customer, a typical Airtel experience.
I attach herewith again one of the statements issued by Amex Card mentioning the date, debit to the card by CC avenue and the Reference number, 4 statements have already been submitted to customer service .
Request for a credit to my account of the Excess amounts collected immediately under confirmation to me. I pray and hope that I will have a pleasant outcome.
