Hello,
Due to the current situation with the pandemic I was late on my Card minimum due payment of ₹8600, I keep getting calls for collection as my due date is 24th of March and since then I get close to 20-30 calls everyday. I promised them to make the payment by the 1st of April which is my salary day but they always keep abusing for a mere delay of 6 days.
I have literally been mentally harassed and driven to guilt for such a small amount. I have explained their manager and they have agreed too and I have also agreed to pay the late charges but they just don’t listen and they yell ans tell that we will send the collection guys to your home and office.
I am a hard working person and I have really invested my life in maintaining a good position at work but with the fear of the collection agency coming to my home or office everyday drives me towards taking a call to end my life.
Please help me as this is unbearable and it is no way to talk sweet when they need your business and then threaten you when you delay their payment by few days.
Please help and safeguard my dignity.
