Dear Team,
You charge me RS 2800 amt due to not paid credit card bill on time , but really sorry for that I was in hospitalized so that’s why I’m unable to make that payment , you guys charge for amount of Rs 1600 and due charge for just this amt due amt RS 2900 request you to please remove due amt , reimburse that charge which was showing in outstanding balance please ?
