My name is pinky singh I have purchase 2 oppo mobile f19 on Oct 09/10/2021 From Vardhman mobile and there is an offer with ICICI credit cards/RBL card – i have done transaction of 2 transaction 1 is from ICICI AND 2ND TRANSCATION RBL SUPER CREDIT CARD rs 1990 using my credit card and should get cashback of rs 2000 with in 90 days.
But i have completed 120 days, still i didn’t receive cashback
T&c-max cashback upto 2500 per card.

Resolution-i am expecting my cashback as i have already completed 90 days

I got a msg also
“Dear Customer,your transaction of Rs 19990 using ICICI Bank Credit Card XX019 has been converted into EMI on 12-Oct-2021. Cashback will be credited within 90 days from the end of the offer period.”
