pls solve my problem,i am facing a problem for the last 1 year to close RBL credit card.
It is a very bad experience with the RBL credit card and still suffering from this problem. one agent came to me and ask to apply for the RBL credit card and he did not tell me about hidden charges. I never used the RBL credit card yet but after the 1-month bill had been generated inculding member fees, insurance changes, etc. then I felt that there are many charges which I never informed. and I tried to complain everywhere (emails, Twitter, customer number)and tried to close RBL credit card but they never blocked my card yet (from last May 2020). I complained about block RBL credit card permanently in may 2020, i called them.i messaged on tweeter and I mailed on Gmail but that never response properly. during this process, the collection department called me in every minute to pay membership fees and all charges.
from many agents,1 customer agent told me that I have to pay all charges and member fees to close the credit card. then I paid and did my credit card account “0”. After that i called them to close and block my card then he never responded. 1 customer care responded to me and told me to block the application so I blocked and broke the credit card and card will be closed asap.
after 1 year i received a message from RBL that ” your payment for RBL credit card is due on 2-5-2021 ”
At this time RBL is repeating the same things. RBL never closed my account and i paid hidden charges and after 1 year they send me a message and ask me to pay this member fee and insurance charges again.
i messaged in Twitter and email and tried to call to customer care. customer care person is saying you have to pay this member charges to close the credit card like last time.
then did not block my card at that time (may 2020) and today (29-4-2021) they are saying to pay membership fees and all..
i am not understanding today is 29-4-2021 i am trying to close my credit card from last year May 2020. they are not closing my card and meanwhile, they are sending charegs and ask to pay.
pls solve my problem,i am facing a problem from last 1 year to close RBL credit card.
