My SBI Elite credit card has been blocked from 4th of November 2022 as SBI thought that one of my transaction was suspicious. I have provided several times the screen shots of the transaction received by email and sms to the customer care representative, nodal office and principal nodal officer apart from that have called several times there customer care helpline and registered by compliant. I am only getting assurance and no action. I have paid the annual charges for the card and now I am not able to use it. My complaint no’s are as follows SR no 1216756505848 and
