I have received my credit cards 5 years ago and didn’t used that till yesterday but paying 600/- rupees per year for credit card renewal.
Yesterday I have used the card 1st time to purchase important products required for my new home,than paid 9000/- rupees to credit card from my savings account for increase my credit limit.
After that I tried to purchase another product I need urgently on Flipkart festival offers and sale to get at best price and save my some money which I earn by hard work.
But sbi credit card employees declined the payment and blocked my credit card because of nonsense reason in name of security without any review or my permission.
Now I’m unable to purchase on Flipkart festive offers and sales those are available for few days.
I’m complaining about this issue to SBI credit card employees since yesterday morning again and again till now but no one is ready to help me out,even they are mentally torturing me by laughing on my situation and trying to prove me fool.
I’m now hopeless and don’t expect anything from SBI credit card department about this.
I’m getting irritated and depressed because my 9000/- rupees got locked in credit card and can not use that for my needs at right time.
I’m begging for help and support,please help me ??????
