I was using Citibank credit card number ending with 1352 for more than 15 years.
Throughout the period I used this card flawlessly and always paid full dues on or before due-dates to Citibank.
On 01/03/2023 and 15/07/2024 this card business was transferred and transited respectively to Axis Bank. Via email as well as messages I was guaranteed best service and all my privileges would be safely carry forwarded by Axis.
I had to pay 96,940=00 dues to Citibank alias Axis on due-date 29/07/2024.
But on 15/07/2024 without prior intimation to me via email or message my card was abruptly blocked.
My card was declined 14 times in departmental stores and OTT platforms.
This unlawful act of Axis bank has tarnished my reputation in Society leading to mental harassment and trauma.
My constitutional right to use card between 15/07/2024 and 29/07/2024 is infringed by Axis.
Above all even after making grave mistake, Axis has charged interest of 8,089=00 and also reduced my Cibil score to 604.
If i get justice, I am ready to pay dues of 96,940=00.
I fully deserve compensation of 21,00,000 [Twenty One Lakh] from Axis as defamation.
