My credit card bill payment is made on 26-05-2024 but still now is in pending process so please update and complaint against refund process

i did a payment on Aeronpay.in utility payment application from my credit card number Ending With 9498 on date 15 May 2023 amount 95000/ Rs.
payment was deduct from my card but payment from aeronpay is still not setteled yet now. i have already complaint on merchant Aeronpay (support@aeronpay.in)approx 50 times but no resolution from merchant side.
