Text of Complaint by Santosh Saini:

I make a credit card bill payment of 10K on 23rd June using Aeronpay Application and transaction was successful but I didn’t receive the amount in my Kotak Bank Credit Card as on 01 July 2023. No proper response getting from Aeronpay. Did not receive any refund not bill amount in my card.
