On 04th of may I made my credit card payment of 10184 rs via Payapp upi and transaction seen failed in Mobikwik but amount debited from my bank account when I approach my bank for refund they clearly said that the above transaction is successful from their side and they given me ref no 312410837193 and from 04th of may I am following with mobikwik for refund but they refusing by telling they not received money. attached my bank statement here.
