I have taken credit card of Hdfc ..due to covid i lost my job i have done mu credit card restructuring my earnings are not much as i was earning before covid .. I somehow manage to pay emi but last month it got delayed as income is not yet stabilised due to second lock down I get approx 50 recovery calls from agents harassing …standing at home .. Using threatening languages.. asking to borrow money from friends to pay emi .. To achieve their daily targets the harassment is at extreme level ..
I am also running one housing loan from Bajaj .. As I mentioned i lost my earnings in covid but these guys forced me to pay emi and didn’t gave me moratorium period .. Every month my emi get bounced on 5th but i pay on 17 to 25th of same month .. These guys harassment is more worst than HDFC they ask u to send mail forcefully on emi date payment and then harass and say that u promised to pay on date .: They mentally pressure u by calls and say they will come and sit at ur home till u don’t pay emi .. Apart from this the agents take extra money if u want to buy time from them .. Eg .. 2000 to 5000 for managing dates .. We also pay to avoid mental harassment
