am extremely compelled to write to you, my name is Manish Wagh holding RBL Credit Card from so many years, I regularly making the payments also as that’s my duty however not an obligation under financial distress. but now I lost my Job, and right now I don’t have any other earning source However, I tried taking loan from my relative but failed to process, because of from RBL Bank Recovery agency (SHREE SWAMI SHANKAR SERVICES) agents (Pallavi, Rajesh and some others..) all calling continuously from different numbers to my friends and family members and abusing very badly, my father is heart patient, and when agents continuously calling him as well as using abusive language while talking.
They are given clear warning that RBL is going to send people at my home for hard recovery, insult you & your family, drag you out, will send the police at get you arrested & much more. Also, they judged my capability to have the CC, I think bank have evaluated all my income details and then only issued me the CC and increase the limits.
There are several news when due to harassment people committed s@uicide. But because of I cannot commit this crime, and thus, I seek your help.
Please help me in this situation since I also have recordings of their calls…
