I am writing this with regards to my credit card outstanding amount.
My family has fallen under hard time and I lost my job hence I was unable to pay my credit card due, but I do want to settle this in a fair and just manner in the near future.
I lost my job and also suffered from health problems. I didn’t have the money to pay my bills and this account soared very high with late fees and interest. I am unable to return to work and I am currently facing high financial crisis.
I am currently living outside India and the SBI recovery agents visiting and torturing my mother in law who is living on her pension and collected 15000 INR already in Dec 2021 and now they are demanding for 85000 and if not paid in 2 days they take all the things from home and auction + they have arrest warrant. (The total amount I spent was 72000 – 15000 paid already) The current total outstanding amount is 109000 and my mother in law offered 40000 which they refused and asking to settle for 85000 in 2 days.
