I have an HDFC Bank Credit card the card limit was 60,000/-, I use more than 57,000/- and I have paid every month minimum due or below 5,000/- value pay the full amount, same family situation unable to pay my due then after one year the bank collection agent contact and his come to my home and he says your outstanding amount 1,85,000/- and he says asking the same settlement Negotiation 85,000/- and 75,000/- finally 60,000/- the amount the time period 7days only and his mental harassment to me and my family. I have to pay the settlement amount of 60,000/- Date: 27.04.2022 thru cash deposit an HDFC Bank Mayladuthurai branch but still my credit card was not settled and now my outstanding amount is 78,000/- again to again mental harassment continues please help me.
