I have an outstanding amount from kotak credit card and I have met an collection agent and discussed for settlement of 24000, He said you can pay the amount in two half 12000 paid in June 24 and again we discussed and confirmed that the 2nd half (12000) will be paid by July 24..But the agent is forcing and harassing me to pay in 2days…
