I am not applying for any loan from the credit box but the application transferred 9000 rupees into my ac without any intimation. And after 7 days he wants repayment of 16472 to me. So I decided to complaint against the app. The credit box gave me money without informing me I had no choice but to complain. This is a fraud activity and legal action is required.
Also, they have customer support on the Whatsapp with the contact number: 7549903173.
I tried reaching out to them asking to reverse the transaction and no one responds back.
I’ve tried emailing them but the email response is also not there.
I’ve messaged them on whatsapp that they may reverse the transaction as I do not want the loan amount or so but the cash was deposited and the loan was raised on the app without any consent and the Agreement. Thys have the Adhaar and PAN data including my contact number and the Reference contact details.
I am ready to return RS 9000/- amt.
