I am writing this to inform you that I haven’t selected the option to take money and the amount has been released without my consent.Moreover for rs 5000 you are charging rs 4151 as a processing fee which is approx 80% for 7 days loan. I am trying to reach customer service but its unreachable. I found it as fraudulent. Please help with this.
What should i do next .
