An app called as credit box (now removed from the play store) has deliberately deposited an amount worth Rs. 14,000 in my mother’s account without any sort of consent or loan agreement and is now demanding a huge amount to be repaid. In order to intimidate, he is constantly threatening us by sending absurd messages to her and some of our contacts. I got a call from a person claiming to be from credit box (his Phone number: 953287115058), asking me to follow up with an unidentified payment link and he was making derogatory remarks on my mother and me and threatening us with the same philosophy if not done so.
I request you to kindly help us in this matter.
