Dear Sir/Ma’am,
My complaint is as follows:-
02. I was contemplating the features of the application and these people have sanctioned a 7000 Rs loan to me on 13.06.2022 and now asking to pay 12154 Rs including processing fee by 20.06.2022. I have written an e-mail to the team of Credit Box on their complaint email address i.e. care.Creditbox@gmail.com, however I have not received any response so far. I have tried to complain on Whatsapp Number i.e. 7545005646 as well, however no response has been received hitherto. It is to grab your kind attention that my CBIL Score is 773 excellent which reflects that I have done all the payments on time. But these people are seriously trying to tarnish my good impression by imposing such liabilities.
03. I am distraught with the policy of these fraudsters, please do the needful. I am attaching the e-mails sent by myself to these fraudsters along with my bank details wherein the amount of 7000 Rs transferred by them.
04. Please look into the matter as these fraudsters are making victims of these frauds of many people. I am hoping that being a supreme body of banks and NBFCs you will definitely come up with a satisfactory solution to this problem. Please help ASAP. My account details are as under:-
