I made an account on the credit box app. They give me the credit limit of 7000. There were very high processing fees, almost 5812. So I decided to not borrow from the app but I forgot to uninstall it and when I saw the amount of 7000 is credited in your account then I opened the app and saw that the repay amount is 12155 for only 7 days So I decided to complain against the app .
The Credit box app gave me money without informing me. I had no choice but to complain.
I have sent a message to support whatsapp number ( 7549903173 ) but they are reading the messages but not replied, moreover i am trying to pay the amount showing acceptance for another loan.
So I request you to please help me.
