I am tanveer khan from pune, as I booked flight ticket dated on 13th March, 2021. As my amount credited from my account but not received ticket. Kindly look on this. They are not giving proper response.

I have requested that my amount refund as soon as possible because I have worried my amount. Last one month I contact with complaint number but not resolve my issues so I want to complain high level because my amount is blocked without any reason. I am very poor person so I have not money for booking other flight so request to travel look pl credit my amount
