I have made the payment of INR 22, 423.42 via CRED using my SBI bank account on 27-Mar-2022 at 22:25 IST, however, the transaction got failed at CRED Application but the amount was debited. I have been following up with the CRED Team since then but I haven’t received any resolution and my complaint ID 3354351 was closed without any resolution.
Every time, I am getting a standard reply that it has been forwarded to the concerned team and it will take 24-48 hrs. But it has been more than 60 hours without a resolution. Also, the due date of my credit card surpassed which was March 29, 2022. I would appreciate it if my money is refunded immediately without any further delays.
