Text of Complaint by Kalpit Shah:

I took loan from Cred App and I have EMI of Rs. 6313 on 7th Every month. From my Kotak bank account Rs. 6313 is auto debited on 7th December and but they are not accepting it. I paid again on 10th Decmber 2022 as they told me that I will get refund. But I will not get refund and Kotak bank given me in written mail that transaction was successful on 7th December 2022. They are not accepting it even after I show they written mail as well as bank statement. I mail more then 50 and call so many times but they are not accepting anything and give me fake promises. Cred compalin # 7118429. I told them to do refund but they are not accepting even after paid second time because of their promise.
