I used the Cred app to recharge my jio number on 11th June 2022 with a 499 plan of 2GB/day for 28 days. But my recharge was done for another pack. I contacted the3 jio customer service and told them the issue, I was refused a refund or change of plan saying Jio was not responsible for the mistake as it was done by a third-party app. Then I contacted the Cred customer service through their app but i got unsatisfactory computer-generated responses. Cred app does not have a customer service number and it is very difficult to get my issue resolved
