I made payment for hdfc credit card on 30th June, however payment got failed on cred app. I have confirmed from Icici bank they have provided rrn number to confirm amount got credit in cred account.

Based on this information I raised support ticket number 468 8986 and they assured that amount will be refunded within 3-4 days. Its been week however I haven’t received my refund amount.

I tried to reopen same ticket however they have closed it without providing any resolution.
