I made a request for Cred Cash withdrawal on August 05, 2023 around 2 PM. But, till date it has been almost 3 days now, no amount has been credited into my bank account. I have been raising complaint tickets and each time they are closing them without solving this issue. They also have sent me an email saying the Cred Cash amount has been deposited to my account with loan documents attached. My bank has also charged for e-mandate for autopay. They don’t have any customer care number where I can speak with them directly. Kindly let me know if anybody else faced this issue earlier and let me know what should I do? I have already emailed a copy of my complaint to RBI.
