Respected Sir/Madam
I (B Naveen Kumar) regd CRED App with have made Credit Card Payment for ICICI Card No 5241????????9008 an amount of Rs 7056/- on 28.11.2022 from CRED App through IBIBO WEB Pvt Ltd Payment Gateway but till now the credit card payment is not updated in my ICICI Credit Card Payment is not reflected it has been 4 Months and I have lots of messages to both CRED App and ICICI Bank ,CRED App replying that the payment is Successfull and ICICI Bank is relying that the haven’t received any payment
Please treat it urgent
