Hi, I am Ajeet Singh and i have been using CRED for about approximately a year now and it is linked to my phone number. On 08/08/2021 I paid my credit card bill 4781.00 using Cred app
however the payment got declined but it got deducted from my savings account the same time.
So, I patiently waited for a day to get a confirmation of refund but it didn’t happened.
Then, the next day 09/08/2021 someone called me claiming to be Cred Support guy talking about my refund and updating my email address , somehow they got in to my Cred app account and use my Cred Line for two big transactions first is 1,90,000 and second 2,20,500 The money is been transferred to somebody’s SBI account ending with 7319 and I don’t know whose account is this.
I have received too many calls during the afternoon of 09/08/2021

I filed a case against this on cybercrime.gov.in and so far there is no response and the second complaint is with my Local Police Station with complaint number 81760012102896
