I am writing to you regarding a payment dispute that has occurred in my CRED app, Gpay and Paytm as well. The assailant used my CRED wallet and issue the loan in my account of Rs. 38000/- after add another social apps and used it. I have already registered a complaint with the Cyber Crime Cell in these regards.
The disputed payment is for the amount of Rs. 59967/- that was charged to my account on 26.12.2022. Even, after that the transaction had submitted in my PAYTM App and all the payment deducted Via GPAY and PAYTM.
When I check my paytm wallet, I am trying to save my money but on the otherside all the transactions had done with the help on GPAY and PAYTM was on the same time to unauthorized bank. i have submitted the complaint is on the same time in Cyber Cell and RBI.
