I’m using credit card do the bill payment through CRED app 29th I have paid one bill but I have not updated that merchant name in CRED app but they added different account number with my merchant. I thought it’s a same one so I paid that amount after that only I know it’s a different account number merchant name was same. Payment is received from CRED Mumbai (Dreamplug Pvt Ltd) I need refund can you please suggest how to get it. I have raised the dispute in credit card section.
