My name is Nagarjuna Kunisetty
My DOB: 30/03/1989
Registered mobile number: Ending XXXXX20202
I paid my SBI credit card( Ending XXXX8094) bill via CRED app by using PhonePe UPI (HDFC linked) on 05/10/2020.
Amount Rs. 34, 317/- debited from my HDFC bank account no: ending XXXX2121.
But CRED app failed to receive amount and credit card bill payment was unsuccessful.
PhonePe showing it was successfully paid bill.
Money not refunded back to my account.
Now i got penalty from SBI card with interest.
Please immediately refund my money to my HDFC account with interest.
