Text of Complaint by Ritvi:

This side Ritvi, I’ve recently received a call from (+917649038809) on 19/08/23, stating that this call is from “Iconic Data Management”. Company gives a part time data entry job to required one who needs job as WFH profile. Initially I was doubtful about the authentication but later they convinced me unexpectedly. I got the ping from recruiter “Arti” in WhatsApp from (+91 96690 47168) number. After completing all formalities “Arti” sent me the Reg. ID. 1216ICDM19082023 and password.

Later when I logged in to website just to see what exactly the website is, they directly linked me to page which needed my signature. Aarti asked me to send the screenshot. I did the same which she guided. My portal was ready to work.

A time when I started my work, I realised that I have so many doubts in my mind which have to be cleared before. I need some training and clarifications too to initiate my work. So tried to connect with both the ones who contacted me during the joining. But unfortunately both the numbers are switched off. Then I opened the website again and started searching for any kind of contact link I could search. So got this number (8602430152) to contact customer helping. I called, but nothing works. Call was ringing continuously but no response I received from the company.

Gradually I went to the menu button and see aggreement and app letter option. After reading thoroughly, I noticed that their are many clause written in the document which was not informed and cleared before by the recruiter as well as the caller who called me for the job.
So this would be my last option to send an email to connect with the company.

It is not a legaI way to hire an employee without communicating actually clause and information. I’m already working in a reputed MNC company, so I know that a company can’t impose their norms to employee without informing prior and get approval after.

Moreover I can sence a sort of fraud happening with me because company use my Identity document “aadar card” to create an aggreement without any informing me. It’s right of an employee to know each and every point about the agreement before.

Without any proper form of herarchy, trainings and communication between employer and employee, how can a company just directly throw us to work and create agreement.
