I am residing in a village, but Airtel network used to be decent sometimes back. Recently from past 1 month it’s 4G network has became a joke, you can’t do anything on Airtel 4G from 6am to 2 am. Even for simple task such as video calling and even voice calling one cannot rely on Airtel network. On top of that this stupid thieving company has removed person to person customer support and replaced it with IVR and useless Airtel thanks app. So one cannot talk to customer care and describe their problem and I had registered this problem on Airtel thanks app one month ago, but to no avail.
