On 18th July 2020 I got a call from cradlesoft Enterprises that there is work of data entry if I am interested in it then I have to do the work with 90% of accuracy and if I won’t be able to fulfill the task in between 7days then I have to pay registration fee 4,840/ and if I can complete the task with 90% of accuracy then I will get the payment of 15,000/ after deducting the registration fee.

I was so happy to know that it’s a good opportunity for me. So I have started the work from 19th July 2020. But on 23rd July I couldn’t filled up a single form due to the server problem so I informed customer care Vipul Chaudhry so he said that there is server problem so I have to wait till evening.

I have waited till evening then I again sent message to him. Vipul Chaudhry said me that it will work after 6 p.m. so I have tried again as I was so worried about it because I have to finish the work.

He told me that I will get extra time for filling up the forms. So I thought it’s okay. Today morning that is 24th July I woke up and tried to login but it has shown that due to multiple login my account has blocked then I called Vipul Chaudhry again to ask about solution. He said me that I have logged in multiple time so it has blocked for this reason I have to pay 7,999/ rupees server charge as security money or I can quit the project but I have to pay 4,840/ rupees registration fee.

I was in tension so I took 1hour to think over it and I searched in Google already some cases has been filed in consumer court against this company. Till now I have not paid a single rupee and I already finished 370 forms from 640 forms.

I got this problem from 22nd July. But on 23rd July I couldn’t filled up a form. Mr. Vipul Chaudhry called me at 12 noon today and told me if I couldn’t submit the registration fees or I couldn’t pay the server security fees case will be filed against me and I have to pay 1 to 2lakh rupees. So this is totally fraud.
