On 18th July, I got a call from Mr.Virat Kumar of Cradlesoft Enterprises. He offered me a data entry job, said they are freelancing companies under the surveillance of Govt. He said to me, I have to fulfill 640 pages within 7 days and also that must be 90% accuracy. If I failed to complete that assignment by the deadline or couldn’t make it with the required accuracy then I have to pay registration fees. Otherwise, I will give 31/- perform. Then after registration and verification by Mr.Virat, I start my work 18th July. I had worked for 6 days. After that, I got an error in their link after entering ID and PWD. Then I complaint why this site is not open, he said that your IP address changed. Then I said how it would be happening. I said it’s not my problem then he said no it’s your mistake you have to give 7999 sever maintenance charge otherwise we will take legal action against you also file a complaint against you. Till this, I am not aware of this fraud. Then I paid 7999 for this. After that they said, I can resume work. After I didn’t get any response. I am unable to complete work due to their company site technical issues. Then on 25th July, I got Call MR. Rajveer Srivastava who is HR of their company said do your work otherwise u have to give registration fees 4840/-. After that, he said pay money within 5 min otherwise complaint file against you. I said no I will not do your work then after 15 min I got an FIR notice from District Court by Adv. Arjun Raghuvansi and there mention that I need to be present at Dahod Gujurat District Court on 27/07/2020 with the called amount of 41,950/-. He constantly said I have to pay the money within 5-10 min. After that, I realized, its a fraud.   So I have a kind request please take legal action against such type of fraud. I lost my money due to such a type of fraud. Its really fraud guys so trap here. I got very panicked to see such type FIR. After searching on the internet  I knew about it. So for my future safety, I am giving a complaint against  Cradlesoft Enterprises. So please take legal action.
