On 10th July,I got a call from Abhijeet Kulkarni of CradleSoft Enterprises.He offered me a data entry job ,saying they are a freelancing company uner the surveillance of government.I’ve to fill up 640 form in 7 days with 90% accuracy.But if I failed to complete the assignment by deadline or couldn’t make it with required accuracy I’ve to pay the registration fees.Otherwise I will be given 31 /- per form.Then after the registration and verification by a lady(named Simran Kaur) I started the work on 11th July.I had worked for 4 days.After that I got sick and could not work.after getting well,as I understood I couldn’t complete the task by the deadline,I was waiting for there phone call so that I could pay the registration fees.But on 18th July without any notice from CradleSoft Enterprises,I got a call from Associate advocate Ratnesh Kumar (from saket district court,new delhi).He said that FIR has been issued in my name and I’ve to go to Dahod District Court on 20.07.2020 otherwise i’ve to pay 37950/-.He constantly saying that I’ve to pay money within 5-10 mins through GooglePay or PhonePay.As I’ve not paid the money,they sent me another email stating that my case has been received by Ahmedabad District Court (which was previously taken by Dahod District Court).But the advocate name SIDDHANT AGARWAL was same.The most shocking thing was that the date in the later letter was 18.07.2019.
Not a single data in a single form was related to each other.Moreover the website in the form for the individual stores were genuine.The email IDs in the form were disposable Email IDs.
Hence I think,this is a fraud case.

I also got the same type of call and same so called fraud project. They took 19950 rupees and now telling they filed a F.I.R against me.These guys are fraud. Don’t believe them.

Dont worry! Yeh company fraud hai.. FIR ke name se darake paisa loot ta hai.. Mujhe bhi lootna chahta tha.. Maine ek bhi paisa nehi diya. Mujhe fake legal notice bhi bheja. Cybercrime portal me complaint file kar do. Maine bhi kar diya.

Don’t do anything. They will tell u to give money at the end. This is a fraud company. I gave them 19,950/- rupees which they told that it was refundable and don’t return me. Report them to the cyber crime police.

Don’t believe a single word from them.
They will just disturb you & you have to ignore them.No lawyer or real company would want you send money within 5-10 mins.They will give you reasonable time to resolve the problem.
U guys can check the date on the stamp on the agreement paper which is varied from the date of accepting the offer by you.

I have faced the same problem, they are repeatedly calling me from different numbers, it is a mental harassment. These guys should be strictly punished.
Dont do anything.. They will demand money. They will claim to file FIR if u dont give money. Dont panic. They are fraud.
Hello!! I got the same call today by a member of this company
It’s so sad to say I am also trapped by the Cradlesoft enterprises. Loosing my Rs.
8000 in seconds by blackmailing me and further warned to be ready for their claim nearest Lac or an FIR against me.
Is there any authority who come forward to we victims. Please HELP US.

Same happened to me also. The web page is not opening & I have mailed them with screen shot. They told me that might be the IP address is changed from my end. Then I replied that while I am using same PC & mobile connection both the day the IP address can’t be different. They have replied nothing.
The web page link is fake I think.

I also face the same problem.. I have completed 85 form on day 1 that 22july. But today i.e. 23 july their link isn’t working.they told me that they will solve this problem within half an hour I waited almost 5 hr… Again I tried to reach them 12.10 pm I think… But now their Coustomer care person isn’t talking to me , someone else recieve my call because I message that person( so called Coustomer care) he has no knowledge of talking to their employee. These are some illiterate people who doesn’t even respond to you in English. They are just doing fraud nothing else. So continuing on the topic , when the other person recieve my call ,he ask me about the problem. I told him everything ,after that he suddenly said that your data are being currupt due to which their link is not woking. He told me that I didn’t logout properly yesterday but it’s not true. Their link isn’t working, it is not even displaying their login page that mean the problem is in the server. After that the funny thing is happen , that person told me that my id is blocked that’s why it isn’t appear So he ask me to pay 7999 rps as network charge to reactivate my id. Then I said that if it is the case then deduct this money from my salary but he said it is to be paid now within 20 min. Now I asked how to pay it then they said you can send me through google pay or any medium they will send the details. Look at their tactics they are only trying to looting money from you by raising any issue. Totally fraud I said NO and didn’t given a penny.
So guys don’t afraid they only tried to fear us by name of the agreement, lawer, case fir etc.
If we all raise a voice against these culprits they will be behind the bars. These people only mentally harassed you and force you to pay money. After that also they again try to do the same. So stay out of it. Ready to fight against this fake culprits.

They also do the same thing on me on July 16 .1st the call me and offer the same jobe as you say and on the nxt day the same problem happened to me that they blck the id which is given to me and told me to give the Rs.of 7999 or give the registration fee to quit the job. Then i got panic and give them the registration fee after that the advocate mail me to pay 21k for the NOC when i say no to them they again mail me with the FIR . They are totally culprit. Today the advocate call me again when i say that my brother is police officer the cut the phone.
