On 21st July 2020 I got a call from Ketan shah(M:7096200829) told me that they are giving part time job opportunity in Cradle soft Enterprises(info.cradlesoftenterprises@gmail.com) which is Gujarat based company. They are giving 640 forms for data entry and I have to fill-up it within 7 days with 90% accuracy and they will pay me ₹31/form and also they said that don’t have to pay Registration fees now because it will deducted from my monthly income. Then Ketan Shah emailed me a Prospectus of this Company where it is clearly written that the support team of Cradle soft Entps will co-operate me 100% in any job related problem. Then they ask for all my personal information through a mail id(ketanshah845@gmail.com) and instead I was sent a Legal Agreement. Therefore, according to the Agreement, I have to start my work from 23rd July and submit it by 29th July. All right. But on July 23rd, when I started to work, I went to open the Link and saw that the Link was not opening. I tried several times but couldn’t open it. Then I emailed  to the support team of Cradle soft Entps(support@cradlesoftenterprises.com) in the hope of help. I didn’t get any reply from them. Next day(24th July) same problem happened again when I went to start the work and then I get annoyed and emailed them to cleare that I don’t want to work with them like that because it’s a target based job and I wasted 2 days out of 7 days deadline because of the bad Link sent by the Cradle soft Entps. Then Company didn’t communicate/co-operate with me until July 29, 2020. After that, on 30th July, 2020 the person named Rajendra Thakur(M:9925322463 claims that he is an Advocate of Dahod District Court in Gujarat) called me and asked me to pay ₹5000 Registration fees to Cradle soft Entps, otherwise FIR will be issued against me. He asked me to appear in Dahod District Court on 4th August 2020 and have to pay ₹37,950 as Challan amount. He sent me a Legal Notice for not paying. I have been deceived and trapped by Cradle soft Enterprises, Ketan Shah and Rajendra Thakur. They are fraudulently trying to extort money from me. I have all the mail and call records as evidence. My signature photo and Aadhar card photo have gone into the hands of these fraudsters so I’m terrified and worried about this.
