Text of Complaint by Shraddha Trehan:

I had order 5 covers from this website covershouse.in and got a message of confirmation of payment and that my order will be dispatched after lockdown so I mailed them twice to thrice askind for my order notification but neither any tracking option has been given nor have I got any reply back of the mails. This is very disappointing. And there are many more such complaints on this site. Please look into this matter and either get me my covers delivered or my cash back. It will be very grateful.
